*Pre-registration is REQUIRED; we have limited space and will not be able to accommodate drop-in participants.

Signing this Waiver and participating in "Mee-Owm" events absolves any duty for injuries sustained on the premises before, during, or after the event.  

• I will inform the instructor of any physical limitations, injuries or concerns BEFORE the start of class, including pregnancy or postpartum.
• I will do all in my power to obey studio staff and all safety requirements, and I will seek clarification if necessary.
• I will NOT hold Serenity Spa Soul Yoga and its staff, Itsie Bitsie Rescue and its volunteers, and yoga instructor Ashley Freeman liable for damages or to pursue legal action against them.  
• I am AWARE OF THE RISKS associated with participating in this event for myself and/or my guests. By signing this agreement, I agree to hold Itsie Bitsie Rescue Inc, Serenity Spa Soul Yoga, and Ashley Freeman completely harmless, including releasing any liability and financial responsibility for any injuries to persons or property sustained at the event, regardless of the cause or circumstances.
