Bee Friendly Gardening Plant Grant Application Form

Pollinator Partnership is seeking to assist habitat projects in need of additional plant materials to help further the impact of their current efforts. Apply today!
Pollinator Partnership (P2) has recently received funding from Toyota Motors North America to provide FREE native wildflower plant grants to help further enhance 5,000 acres of pollinator habitat projects throughout North America. Please complete this application form for a chance to receive seed for a shovel-ready project in need of additional plant material.

For Bee Friendly Garden sites that are selected, P2 will coordinate with a vendor on the shipment of the seed mix to the grantee and it will be the grantee's responsibility to plant and maintain the habitat. All species distributed will be native at the state level.

Plants would be distributed and need to be planted by May 31st, 2024.

Deadline to apply: July 20th, 2023.
