Kindly allow a duration of 24 to 48 hours for us to provide a response to your inquiries or requests.

In order to secure your preferred date based on our availability, we request a 50% deposit for each order. This deposit is non-refundable. Please note that the outstanding balance will be due one week prior to your scheduled event.

Following the provision of a quote and the subsequent issuance of an invoice, we require payment within a 24-hour period. Please be aware that failure to meet this payment deadline will result in the cancellation of both the invoice and your order.
