Participation Rules & Disclaimer for Non-profit Organizations
To ensure a smooth partnership and uphold the integrity of our mission, we have set forth the following rules for non-profit organizations looking to participate in our Fundraise with the Festival options:
Registration: Organizations must complete the official participation form in its entirety and provide all requested documentation, including proof of non-profit status.
Adherence to Festival Guidelines: All participating non-profits must agree to adhere to festival rules and guidelines, including but not limited to, conduct, health and safety regulations, and event schedules.
Representation: Organizations agree to positively represent the Pittsburg Seafood & Music Festival in all interactions related to the festival, both offline and online, including social media.
Active Engagement: Organizations participating in the Ticket Partnership Program or using a Dedicated Festival Space must demonstrate active engagement and make reasonable efforts to sell tickets or actively participate during the festival.
Use of Funds: Organizations must agree to use the funds raised through festival participation for the declared purpose in their mission statements.
Disclaimer: The Pittsburg Seafood & Music Festival and the Pittsburg Chamber of Commerce reserve the right to verify the details provided by the participating organizations, request additional information, or terminate the participation of any organization that fails to comply with the festival guidelines, or misrepresents itself or its mission. Participation in the festival does not constitute an endorsement by the Pittsburg Seafood & Music Festival of the non-profit organization’s mission or activities. We encourage all participating organizations to uphold high standards of integrity and transparency in their engagement with the festival and the public.
