Additional Information

An additional fee will be added on top of your service price in the case that the task will take longer than expected. We will communicate any changes with you ahead of time.
We provide services daily from 8:30 am- 6:00 pm EST. We are closed on major holidays and also in the event of severe weather conditions. Our team is equipped with our own equipment, so all you have to do is relax.

Payments

Payment is due in full promptly after booking your appointment. If for any reason you are not happy with your services, please contact us within 24 hours after cleaning to quickly resolve any issues.

Please reschedule or cancel any appointments NO LATER THAN 48 hours before your appointment. Not doing so will result in your payment being non-refundable.

Deep Cleaning

Deep cleaning includes wiping, dusting, or vacuuming all interior surfaces of your home, including any nooks, crannies, and challenging to reach places. Please feel free to ask one of our team members for a more thorough description.

Move In/ Move Out Cleaning

This includes a thorough cleaning of the entire space. In other areas, such as cupboards and drawers, counters, and appliances, deep cleaning is also necessary. Doors will get a spot cleaning, and everything will be dusted. Your kitchen and bathrooms' high-traffic areas will be sanitized Depending on the size of the area and how clean it is to begin with, a move in/ move out clean may take several hours, give or take.

Cleaning up spills, stains, dust, and other messes are all part of post-construction cleaning. Trash, debris, and other items that were left behind are also removed. Making the space look tidy is important, but so is transforming it into a usable place.
