Old Yardleians RFC Annual memberships run from the 1st August to midnight on 31st July of the following year. All subscriptions are fixed by the Club committee. Any member may resign by giving the Club Secretary notice in writing (oyrfc@aol.co.uk) to that affect. No refund of subscription or any part thereof will be repaid. All playing members annual subscriptionsto be paid by the 1st November of each season, otherwise members will not be eligible for selection in any team or entrance to the ground, except at the discretion of the Playing Affairs Committeeand ratified by the General Committee.
If a Standing order or direct debit is in place by the 1st November membership will be valid for the year. At the point any standing order/direct debit is in place the discounts/offers of the membership will be valid. Any standing orders or direct debits that fail to be taken in two consequetive months will cancel the annual membership scheme, including any discounts/offers. If anyone has any difficulty in paying then please speak to Hon Secretary.
The General Committee reserves the right to waive or discount agreed annual subscriptions at its discretion on a case by case basis as deemed appropriate by the Club Committee. Payment Plans and help is available for further information please contact the Club Secretary
