Carcase Competition Support Application Form

Speckle Park International Ltd ("SPI") has introduced the Carcase Competition Support program ("Support Program") as an initiative to support the demonstration and marketing of the commercial advantages of the Speckle Park breed.

SPI has resolved to initially provide up to $11,000 (inc GST) through the Support Program for the 24/25 financial year. ("Annual Support Program Value").  Subject to uptake and the quality of the data obtained, SPI may consider providing additional funds to the Support Program.   

The following terms and conditions are applicable to the Support Program.  Each term and condition must be satisfied in order for an application to be approved: 

1. Applications for the Support Program must be submitted to SPI for consideration by completing and uploading all information and material required by this Application Form.  The Applicationmust be made by the earlier of:
   1. 7 days after entries for the relevant Carcase Competition have closed; and
   2. 7 days before the start of the relevant Carcase Competition. 
2. Only financial members of SPI are eligible for the Support Program.  Membership must be current as at the date this Application is submitted and the data the relevant Carcase Competition commences.  
3. The support provided is $220 (inc. GST) per member, per Carcase Competition up to a combined total under the Support Program equivalent to the Annual Support Program Value ("Member Support Amount").  Applications will be assessed on a first come, first served basis, based upon the date the last of the terms and conditions are satisfied.
4. The relevant Carcase Competition must be approved by SPI.  In order to be approved, the Competition must be conducted by a reputable third party organisation, be open to entry by a sufficiently broad segment of producers with judging to be based solely on carcase traits and provide the resulting carcase data to entrants.  Members may seek SPI's approval of a Carcase Competition prior to entry in order to assess eligibility for the Support Program.
5. All data resulting from the relevant Carcase Competition must be provided to SPI via the Data Warehouse within 14 days after receipt.  The link to the Data Warehouse will be on the SPI website (www.specklepark.org) and all uploaded data will be used by SPI in accordance with the Data Warehouse terms and conditions.  
6. Within a reasonable time after all terms and conditions have been complied with to SPI's reasonable satisfaction, the Member Support Amount will be applied to the member's SPI account with any credit to be paid as the member directs. 

By submitting this Application Form, the applicant acknowledges and agrees with these terms and conditions.
