This form MUST be completed for all Expeditions and returned at least 4 weeks in advance. Please Note: It is a requirement that all expeditions are supervised by a leader who holds a valid Expedition and Outdoor Leadership certificate at the appropriate level. Confirmation of receipt of this notification will be sent to the leader listed below as leading the Expedition.
The DofE Expedition season runs from the Last weekend of March to the 31st October. Any expeditions submitted outside these times will not be approved.

ALL Expeditions MUST have the approval of the Company Captain (for Company) or Secretary (for Battalion).

I confirm that (1) the above information is correct and that any changes will be notified to BBNI Support Office; (2) all adults assisting with the above Expedition are registered with BBNI and have completed BBNI Safeguarding Training; (3) the person leading the expedition has a valid Expedition and Outdoor Leadership certificate. (4) regulations as set down in the Company Handbook (latest edition) are being followed.
