Thank you for your interest in our festival! The Wee Wuns Annual Fall Festival has an average yearly attendance of 1,200. We have families with children of all ages that attend.

The 33rd  Annual Wee Wuns Fall Festival will be held on Saturday, October 26th from 9 AM to 1 PM

 

Market Participants and Vendors Receive:
• A 10’x10’ booth space
• Community Exposure (Average Yearly Attendance – 1,200 people)
• Mentions on Wee Wuns Social Media Channels, School Newsletter (200+ Families)

One recurring slide on Wee Wuns Fall Festival Ministry Activity Center Jumbotron (Area of Silent Auction, indoor vendor booths and sitting area)

Additional Info:
• Electricity is not provided for outdoor booths
• Detailed load-in and load-out instructions will be communicated later, prior to the event.

Market Participants and Vendors Provide:
• A 10’x10’ tent if desired, one 6’ table (tablecloth/skirting preferred)
• Retail sales license and sales tax reporting for on-site sales
• All booth signage, promotional materials, décor and staffing
• Promotional support of Wee Wuns Fall Festival on social media channels
• Hi-res logo to be provided immediately to complete registration
