If you would like to request a field trip date for your students please complete all the steps below. This is a request only. We will follow up and confirm your visit date and program selection with a confirmation email. To get your preferred dates and programs, requests should be made at least 2 weeks prior to your visit.
Your group must check-in and pay as a group the day of your field trip. If your group requires individual, pre-paid admission tickets please contact Group Tickets at 513-487-3479 or purchase online.
Summer programs with school age children (not including CLC or 21st Century Learning) will book through Group Tickets at 513-487-3479 or purchase online.
This is a request form.
A separate confirmation will be sent to you from education@cincinnatizoo.org once your group is registered. Please add education@cincinnatizoo.org and tickets@cincinnatizoo.org to your Safe Senders list to ensure you receive confirmations and other correspondance.
The Education Department will always reach out, regardless of field trip status. If you do not receive communication within 7-10 days, please reach out to the team, to see if we can resend any and all communication that may have been blocked by email servers.
