I. General Use

A. Membership Level. For information on Membership levels and benefits, see EXHIBIT A.

B.  Credit/Debit Card Authorization. Please complete the Credit/Debit Card Authorization form or by using our online portal.

C.  Club Policies. Member shall abide by the Club Policy set forth in EXHIBIT B.

D.  Payments. Use of the club under any Membership is conditioned upon timely payment of member billing statements and satisfaction of any other obligations owed by the Member to the Club. Member is obligated for payment of all fees and the recipient of said Membership benefits. Memberships are not transferable. Application/Initiation fees are non-refundable. 

E.  Membership Benefits. Membership Benefits and privileges shall commence upon: (i) the completion by the Member applicant of this Agreement; (ii) acceptance of the terms, rules, and regulations described herein; (iii) payment of membership fees; and (iv) acknowledgement and acceptance of this Agreement by the Club.

F. Individuals are disallowed from providing entry to the Club for philanthropic events. Similarly, the name Solina is prohibited from being employed, either overtly or covertly, to stimulate involvement in any event.

G. Members are exempt from any operational or capital assessments.

H.  Right to Use Club. Member benefits are a non-equity, non-participatory right to use the Club and Member obtains no rights, benefits, or responsibilities regarding the ownership or operation of the Club. Club retains the sole rights relating to the operation and management of the Club including, but not limited to, the booking of tee times, private event reservations, tournaments, club events, etc. Club may in its sole discretion implement, revise, restrict, or otherwise control all aspects of the sale of Memberships and the benefits granted to Members. Management may change, alter, or discontinue the sale of Memberships at its sole discretion. Members are permitted access to the Club during operational hours only.

I. Duration. Applicable terms in this Agreement shall survive and expand past the termination Date, including but not limited to, Member’s responsibility to pay outstanding dues or other payments.

II.  TERM

Membership benefits are provided for one-year from the date of purchase (“Initial Term”) and will automatically be renewed for an additional one-year term (“Renewal Term”) until terminated in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

III. MEMBERSHIP DUES AND PAYMENTS

Members shall pay Club all dues, fees, payments for changes to Membership Level, open tabs for Member and Member’s Guests. Membership Dues may be Paid-In-Full for the entire one-year membership or Member may elect to pay Membership Dues monthly for the Term of this Agreement. Where Membership is renewed after the Initial Term, the Club will charge the credit or debit card on file for the Renewal Term and will charge either In-Full for the one-year Renewal Term or monthly, based on Member’s request or the prior payment structure. Where the Effective Date of Membership is not on the first day of the month, Member’s payment obligation may be prorated to reflect the portion of the first month of the Term.

IV. DEFAULT

Where Member fails to make payments owed to Club, Club will notify Member of Member’s Default status. Members have fifteen (15) calendar days to pay in-fill all outstanding monies owed to the Club. Where Member fails to make such payments, Membership will automatically be terminated by Club. Where Member is in default, Club is entitled to recover from Member any late charges, interest, costs, and expenses Club reasonably incurs in attempting to collect default payments, including and without limitation, attorney’s fees, and any other collection fees.

V.  TERMINATION

Where Member is in breach of the Terms of this Agreement and/or Club Policies, Club may, in its sole discretion, terminate the Membership immediately or alter certain Membership Benefits on a case-by-case basis. Member may terminate Membership after proving thirty (30) days written notice of termination and paying a Termination Fee of five hundred dollars ($500).

 

EXHIBIT A | MEMBERSHIP LEVELS AND BENEFITS

 

Full Membership 

§  Includes: Two married adults in the same household and two children living in the household under age 18. Children must always be accompanied by an adult guardian.

§  Access to and Use of Club Facilities.

§  Reserve Tee Times. (May reserve one tee time per day, and hold up to 4 tee times at once)

§  Reserve unaccompanied tee times on Monday through Thursday, subject to availability and schedule constraints. The allocation of these tee times will be determined at the discretion of the Golf Director or General Manager of Golf Operations, ensuring a fair and balanced distribution.

§ Access to all Club held events and tournaments.

 

Corporate Membership

§  Includes: Three Named Members.

§  Access to and Use of Club Facilities.

§  Access to all Club held events and tournaments..

§  Reserve up to two Tee Times on a single day and hold up to 4 tee times at once.

§  Reserve unaccompanied tee times Sunday-Saturday, subject to availability and schedule constraints. The allocation of these tee times will be determined at the discretion of the Golf Director or General Manager of Golf Operations, ensuring a fair and balanced distribution

 

National Membership

§  Includes one named member.

§  Access to and Use of Club Facilities.

§  Reserve Tee Times. (May reserve one tee time per day, and hold up to 4 times at once)

§  Please note there will be a limit to the total number of tee times within a given time period. This will be made at the sole discretion of the Golf Director or General Manager of Golf Operations. 

§  Please note this level of membership does require the member to be on-site when any guests are present.

 

Note: Membership Levels and Benefits are subject to change at the Club’s sole discretion after giving appropriate notice to Member. Membership dues will increase by a minimum of 5% per year in May of each calendar year. 

EXHIBIT B | CLUB POLICIES 

The Club reserves the right to refuse services, suspend or terminate Membership or Guest status, impose bans, and request immediate departure from the premises for individuals found in breach of any Club Policies.

§ Course Operating Hours - Sunday-Saturday 8 AM – 6 PM. These Hours are subject to change depending on weather and season.

§ Tee Times - Secure your preferred Tee Time conveniently through our Member Portal. We encourage advance reservations and appreciate a courtesy call to the Club if you anticipate arriving later than your scheduled time. Please note that without a Tee Time reservation or if you arrive more than 5 minutes late, we cannot guarantee availability.

§ Dress Code (Golf Course and Member’s Lounge):

1)       Shirts: Collared shirts or golf specific tops

2)       Denim in any respect nor cargo shorts are considered respectable clothing

3)       Footwear: closed toed shoes are required on the course and range

4)       Headwear: no offensive logos or messages

§ Private Events - Members may host private events with reservations made in advance. Parties of eight (8) or more are typically considered to be a private event. Please contact a Club staff member, Event Coordinator, and/or the Gregory’s General Manager for additional information. The member hosting the event will bear all associated expenses and is obliged to absolve and safeguard the club against any harm or damages incurred.

§ Club Closures - In line with our commitment to deliver optimal value to our members, the club aims to maintain minimal closures throughout the year. Our mission underscores our belief in keeping the facility available for member use to the greatest extent feasible. However, the course will undergo a mandatory annual closure every July for approximately 15 days. This closure facilitates essential course maintenance and cultivation, safeguarding the superior condition of our course for future play. Additionally, the course will momentarily close during the week of the Masters tournament. This closure allows for international guest play, thereby offsetting member dues without impacting member access unduly. Furthermore, the club reserves the right to close temporarily for select outside tournaments, though such instances will be exceedingly rare. These outside tournaments are never intended as revenue-generating measures as at most clubs, but rather as opportunities to enhance the club's reputation and contribute to the wider community.

§ Cell Phones - We kindly request all cell phones and other devices be kept on silent or vibrate mode.

§ Premium Tee times - A premium tee time refers to the most coveted and sought-after time slots during which players prefer to play golf. These time slots are always in high demand due to factors such as favorable weather conditions, daylight hours, and convenience. To ensure that these times remain available to all our members we charge an additional fee for advance reservations of these tee times. Premium tee times are defined as Friday afternoons between 1-3 PM, Saturday and Sunday mornings until 10 AM, as well as certain holidays throughout the year.

§ Health and Safety - Smoking, including e-smoking, is strictly prohibited while inside or within 25 feet of any building. All weapons, including firearms with a concealed weapons permit, are prohibited. Members and Guests should immediately report to the Club manager any act or omission that indirectly or directly creates an unsafe situation for any persons on Club property. Where a physical injury occurs on Club premises, please notify Club staff immediately.

§ Composure - Members and Guests are expected to act in a respectful, well-behaved manor.

§ Gambling – Members and Guests are strictly prohibited from all forms of gambling or card playing while on property. 

§ Minors - Minors under the age of 18 must always be accompanied by an adult Member, with the exception of registered junior golf campers, private lessons, or at the discretion of the Golf Director or General Manager of Golf Operations. Minors under the age of 18 do not have accompanied guest access. 

§ Member’s Lounge – We extend a warm invitation to both our esteemed members and valued guests to enjoy the lounge dining experience. As part of our commitment to ensuring a seamless dining service, The Club will be introducing a modest delivery fee to help defray the costs associated with bringing delectable cuisine from our neighboring establishment.

§ Member Lockers - Each full member will be assigned a half locker that will be shared with up to 3 other members. Every corporate membership will receive a locker to be shared amongst the named members. Guest lockers will be available for guests and National Members while on property.

§ Club Storage – when available, club storage will be provided to any member that wishes to utilize the service for a small fee.

§ Forms of payment – the club will not accept cash payment inside the Proshop or lounge. Purchases at these locations may be made on a member account or with a credit/debit card. Gregory’s will accept cash for food and beverage orders inside the main clubhouse.

§ Serving of Alcohol - All local, state, and federal laws and regulations are strictly adhered to. Persons under the age of 21 are prohibited from buying or consuming alcohol on the premises. The club does not allow beverages purchased elsewhere on the premises.

§ Assumption of Risks - All persons on Club property hereby expressly assumes all risks and agrees that neither Club nor any entity with a relationship to the Club including but not limited to the Club’s construction team, architects, owners, investors, managers, or any other agent of the Club will be liable to any invitee, licensees, guests, or family, of persons claiming any loss or damage for personal injury, damage to property, trespass or any other alleged wrong attributable to any extent to the proximity of the Club.

§ Personal Property - Members and Guests are permitted to bring personal property, such as golf clubs and bags, to use while at the Club. The Club is not liable under any circumstances for any theft, damage, or misplacement of personal property, including but not limited to items stored in Club lockers. Personal golf carts are not permitted.

§ Club Property - Any person who steals, breaks, or otherwise damages any Club property is solely liable for all costs associated with the repair or replacement of the Club property.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By signing below, Member acknowledges he/she has read, understands, and agrees to the terms of this Agreement and all Membership Policies including but limited to the Club Policies as set forth in EXHIBIT B. Member agrees to comply fully with the terms, provisions, and requirements of Membership, and as they may be amended from time to time. Member understands and agrees that Member is responsible for all compliance and damages caused in part or in whole by Member, Member’s Family, and Member’s Guests.
