      Vibes and Smiles Inc. is a nonprofit dedicated to uplifting lives and spreading positivity through the power of music and service. We’re partnering with Pacific Savagez Aswang Ga Ting Tribe to host a community event celebrating their 15th anniversary — and we’d love to have you join us!

      A portion of ticket sales will go toward purchasing essential items for families supported by Union City Family Center.

      Submitting this application does not guarantee a vendor spot. All vendors will be reviewed and selected fairly based on space and event fit.

    • 🍽️ For Food & Dessert Vendors Only:
      Temporary Food Facility (TFF) Permit Requirement
      All food and dessert vendors are required to obtain a Temporary Food Facility (TFF) permit through the county.

      Vibes & Smiles will submit the application on your behalf. We will email you the required packet. You must complete it and email it back to us along with the permit fee by the deadline provided.

      VENDOR AGREEMENT
      Event Setup Guidelines & Code of Conduct

      Please review the following guidelines before proceeding with your application.

      📦 Setup & Event Details:
      Setup Time: 9:00 AM – 11:30 AM (Saturday, August 23, 2025)
      Event Hours: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
      Cleanup: 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM
      - Booths must be fully set up by 11:30 AM.
      - Vendors may not break down booths before 6:00 PM.

      🚗 Booth Info & Responsibilities:
      - Vendors are responsible for bringing everything they need: tables, chairs, tents, signage, displays, etc.
      - Booth spaces are outdoors at Swiss Park.
      - Parking and unloading instructions will be emailed before the event.

      🎨 Vendor Expectations:
      - This is a family-friendly event — all products must be appropriate for all ages.
      - We do not prioritize vendors; all applications are reviewed equally.
      - Vibes & Smiles is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
      - Vendors must clean their area at the end of the event or risk being ineligible for future opportunities.

      📄 Required Documents (if applicable):
      Seller’s Permit: A valid California Seller’s Permit is required if you will be selling tangible goods. If you're unsure whether this applies to you, please review https://www.cdtfa.ca.gov 
      Certificate of Insurance (COI): May be required for food vendors or vendors operating higher-risk setups.

      💸 Fees & Final Notes:
      - Vendor spots are limited. Submission does not guarantee acceptance.
      - If accepted, vendor fees are due immediately to confirm your participation. (Food $150, Retail $100)
      - Booth sharing is not allowed without prior written approval.
      - No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to weather or natural causes. Refunds will only be given if the event is canceled by the organizers.

      Your contribution helps cover essential costs like permits, venue rental, and community outreach support through Vibes & Smiles — including providing vital resources to low-income families.

      Please note: Vendor fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by organizers.
