Since you selected "yes" to having hard water, I require that you purchase the following product bundle prior to COLORING services. Whether we are using bleach, or just toning your hair, it is important to remove those hard water minerals from your hair in order 1) remove any discoloration from the hard water and 2) protect it from any chemical reactions between hard water minerals and hair color. Even if you've never had a reaction to hair color or bleach before, it's better to be safe than sorry!

Results are only guaranteed beyond this time frame if you are using products sold and/or recommended to you by me and that you are following any aftercare instructions given. If you are unsatisfied with a retail purchase, you have 14 days for any leave-in and styling products purchased, and 30 days for any shampoos, conditioners and hair masks purchased to return the item for a full refund. NO REFUNDS are given to products without returning the product, and NO REFUNDS are given to services.

CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY* This field is required.THIS POLICY MUST BE AGREED UPON BEFORE YOUR FIRST SALON VISIT A 48 hour notice is required for any and all appointment cancellations or adjustments. Less than 48hrs will result in a 50% fee of the scheduled services. If you fail to give notice, and do not show up for your scheduled appointment, a 100% fee of the scheduled services will be charged. I reserve the right to refuse services going forward for any abuse of these policies. I do understand things happen, and I’ll do my best to accommodate your unique situation.
