  • App Issue

    If you think you're having an App issue....

    Are you using the latest version of the Ticket Hoss App?

    • Delete and reinstall the Ticket Hoss App from the Apple App Store or Google Play

    Or Try...

    • Signing Out of your Ticket Hoss App account and Signing Back in.

    (Your Account Number is Your Mobile Number)

  • Signing Up

    To sign up for a Ticket Hoss Account, you will need to:

    • Have a Smart Phone
    • Provide a Unique Mobile Number (NOT shared with another account holder)
    • Provide a Unique Email Address (NOT shared with another account holder)
    • Be a teen or above (13+)

  • My Mobile Number

    You must sign up with a different phone number from any other Ticket Hoss App account holder.

    • If you're seeing an error message about your mobile number already being in use, but you don't have an account yet...

    OR

    • If you've gotten a new mobile number and can't access your account...

    Please CLICK HERE to fill out the Account Information Change Request Form to change the mobile number on your account. 

  • My Email Address

    You must sign up with a different email address from any other Ticket Hoss App account holder.

    Shared Email Addresses

    If you share an email address with someone else, you will need to create your own email address if the person you share it with has already signed up for a Ticket Hoss account.

    TIP: You can do this for free with Gmail or any other email provider.

    Errors

    • If you're seeing an error message about your email already being in use, but you don't have an account yet...

    Please CLICK HERE to fill out the Account Information Request Change Form to update your email address. 

  • Accessing My Account

    Your Mobile Number Changed

    You WILL need access to the mobile number associated with your Ticket Hoss account to sign in.

    If you're having trouble accessing your account because your mobile number changed, please CLICK HERE to complete the Account Information Change Request Form

    You did NOT Receive a Verification Code

    Double check that the mobile number you entered is correct, edit it if necessary, and then try resending the code.

    If you've tried resending, know your mobile number is correct, but still haven't received the code within 60 seconds, select "Yes" below so our Support Team can help. 

  • "Other" Signup Issue

    If you're having an issue signing up for a Ticket Hoss Account that you don't see addressed here, please fill out the form below, and our Support Team will be in touch ASAP!

  • Event Reschedule / Cancellation Policy

    Tracks and promoters manage their individual policies for Event Rescheduling and Event Cancellations.

    If an event is postponed, your ticket may only be good for the rescheduled date. If an event is cancelled, your ticket may be good for the next comparable event scheduled, or you could be issued a credit or refund.

    Event Promoters manage this process, so please watch for communication from the track or promoter via Push Notification, in the “Notifications” section in the app or via Text Message.

    Always check the track’s rescheduling/cancellation policy in advance. You can usually find the track’s policy in the track’s FAQ section in the app or on their website.

    Sometimes rescheduling an event is complicated, and it may take time to finalize a new date.  You will be notified when details become available.

  • Am I eligible for a refund?

    Event Promoters manage the issuance of credits and refunds based on their respective credit, refuund, rain out and event operation policies. You can usually find those published on the venue's website, or on the track / event in the Ticket Hoss App.

    It's really easy to request a refund in the Ticket Hoss App.

    You are able to Request a refund in the Payments Section in the app by selecting the transaction and items that you are requesting a refund for.

    ALL refund Requests MUST be Submitted through the Ticket Hoss App. (Ticket Hoss Help Site Submissions or Email Requests will not be answered)

    Requests must be submitted prior to the conclusion of the scheduled event. Please Note, most ticket purchases for races, sporting events, concerts, festivals and live entertainment are typically non refundable.

    Please Review the Ticket Hoss refund Policy in the app or at TicketHoss.com/Refunds.

  • Transferring Tickets

    Once you’ve purchased tickets, you can easily transfer them to anyone else by entering their mobile number or selecting them from your contacts. 

    Tip: Have each person you transfer tickets to download the app in advance of arriving to the track to speed up the process.

  • Buying a Ticket

    The Ticket Hoss App makes buying tickets easy. This walks you through the process step-by-step.

    From the Ticket Hoss App Navigation:

    • Find your Event and open the Event page
    • Tap on the orange “Buy” button
    • Select all of the Tickets you want to purchase by tapping “Get Ticket” and adjusting the quantity
    • When you’ve loaded all of the Tickets for that Event into your cart, tap “Checkout”
    • Select or Add a Payment Method
    • Review and Complete Your Purchase by tapping “Place Order”Your Card will NOT be Charged Until this Step


    Your Tickets will be in the Tickets section in your app. If you get to the track and you don’t have signal, your Tickets will still load.

  • Reversing a Transfer

    If plans change, you can easily reverse a ticket transfer (as long as you were the Ticket Purchaser). The process is simple! Watch this quick video as it guides you through the steps to return the tickets to your app. 

  • Using A Credit

    If you've been issued a credit, you can find your credit in the payment section on the Ticket Hoss App.
