    Follow the instructions below and upload photos of your current hair on the next steps.

    Must be photos of your current hair DO NOT send old, filtered, inappropriate or photos not pertaining to hair goals. Have someone else take the photo for you if needed for the back. Take in natural lighting indoors (No Flashes or Direct Sunlight)

    You will take TWO photos - one FRONT and one BACK.

    We do not accept new hair color guest forms without photos. no exceptions.

  • Vivid Salon and Spa's Policies


    At Vivid we work as a team. Please feel free to use any service provider. We are a performance based salon. Prices will vary depending on the service provider. We require service providers to go through our unique in-house training program to ensure you receive the best services with the most talented professionals.

    Reservations
    We recommend you reserve your next appointment prior to leaving to ensure you have your next appointment.

    Cancellations
    As a courtesy to our service providers please allow a 24 hour notice of cancellation if you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment. A cancellation with less than 24 hour notice or a no show will be subject to half the amount of the service booked charged to their account.

    Deposits
    A credit card is required when reserving two or more salon and spa services or if a service is scheduled for 2 or more hours. We will require a deposit of for guests that have a history of no call/no shows. A deposit is required on all bridal parties.

    Method of payments
    Vivid accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, personal checks, and cash for payment of services. All personal checks must include proper identification with two phone numbers and driver license number. We do not give cash back on any sales.

    Gratuities
    Gratuity is at the discretion of the guest. Please be aware that gratuities cannot be charged to your credit card or added to checks that are made out to Vivid.

    Noise free environment
    Please help us maintain a peaceful environment by putting your cell phones, tablets, and/or gaming devices on silent.
    Children must be accompanied by an adult who is not receiving services.

    Return check fee
    There is a $25 returned check fee.

    Refunds
    If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your service, please notify the salon within 72 hours of the service date. Please be aware that we do not guarantee any services that are performed without a consultation or an appropriate finishing service.

    Returns
    All merchandise returned within 7 days may be exchanged or a store credit will be applied to the guests account. One return per customer over 6 month period. All sales are final on hair tools, clearance, makeup, and skin care items.
