Sessions we can offer for this tour:
Rainbow Storytime:
Aimed at toddlers and younger children with storybooks, dancing and songs all about kindness, acceptance, confidence and anti-bullying. We can do two styles for the very young with more play and more basic books, or slightly older with more complex books or we can mix to include a bit of both. 1 hour duration.
Living Library:
For older youth/teens and adults who want to have more of a Q&A and discussion forum and/or are very interested in drag and performance. We cover LGBTQIA+ issues, dealing with online bullying and hate, staying safe on the internet, where to find support nationally and locally. We would prefer these sessions to be attended by 16+ year old or younger with guardian present. These sessions are not recommended for unsupervised younger children as we do sometimes get directed into topics for a more mature audience. 1 hour duration.
Special Sessions:
Sometimes we get asked to make an appearance or do a meet & greet with staff or clubs, maybe put on a show or even host a community event. Or maybe you want to look at us doing something different such as changing up our format or style for sensory group or do a craft session or hold a workshop in makeup or lip syncing. While we are in your town, make the most of it! We have our Drag And Bingo and Dragaoke shows ready to go as an option. Help us find a venue, use us for fundraiseing and community event.
Workplace Rainbow Ally Training:
Written and facilitated by Sunita (CoCo), this training is an ally-to-ally session to help you and your team become better allies and supporters for your community. Educating on the latest topics and what everything means to better understand and be an active and more inclusive workplace.
You are also welcome to host public workshops for individuals to book and attend in your space or invite other organisations to book a session or join yours.
Choose from either a 1 hour taster session, or have the full 2 hour workshop as part of your professional development training. The full 2 hour workshop includes a workbook, digital certificate of completion and preferred pronoun badge for each recipient.
Maximum of 20 people for the 2 hour workshop, unlimited for the 1 hour session.
Ally training is done out of drag so preferably done on a separate day from any daytime drag events. For what is included in the workshop please click here.
Pricing:
Touring is expensive and taking time off our muggle jobs means we do need to charge. You can absolutely seek funding or sponsorship to have us there!
What you are getting from the drag sessions is 2 professional, fantastic drag performers with experience and qualifications in educating and entertaining children. Both police vetted and certified in working with young persons.
If you think there is a real need for what we do in your location but budgets don't allow, please let us know as we may look at applying for funding for areas that need diversity events and education.
Pricing below is on a per day basis. We can happily do 3 sessions between 10am-5pm with minimum hour break inbetween, we can travel between sessions with enough time to allow for this.
Pricing includes our travel, accommodation and performance fees exclusively for this tour. We are happy to discuss options and packaging up multiple events and discussing budgets.
We can do full evening shows and short appearances by arrangement.
