Food vendors must register via the Food Notification Form on Tamworth Regional Council's website.
At all times the storage, preparation and handling of food must comply with the Food Act 2003 and
the SW Food Authority's "Guidelines for Food Businesses at Temporary Events".
Before selling any food, the food preparation and service areas must be inspected and approved for
use by a TRC Environmental Health Officer (EHO). Contact (02) 6767 5555 to arrange an inspection. Food preparation and storage areas can be inspected at any time food is being sold.
You will be notified ASAP by email the outcome of your application. If approved, we will email you an invoice for site fees. You will be notified the week prior to the event of your stall location and a site map. The event is on Saturday 7th October 2023 between 10am-4pm. Bump in/out times will be 2 hours either side of the operating times. We will ensure that there is minimal/nil competition for your stall. I/we have read and understood the application.
