The Practice Bureau (PB) provides advisory services based on the information submitted and on a good faith, best-effort basis.
All enquiries and corresponding responses may be used by PB for professional reference, knowledge sharing and educational purposes.
Any such use will be strictly on an anonymised and non-attributable basis, with reasonable efforts taken to remove the identities of individuals, organisations, project particulars and any information that may reasonably lead to identification.
For the avoidance of doubt, any indication or request for “confidentiality” shall be construed as a request for anonymisation only, and shall not restrict PB’s right to use the enquiry and response in anonymised form.
PB reserves the right to edit, generalise or abstract the content of the enquiry and response for such purposes.
