Nasscom Spotlight awards program is a prestigious platform that honors, celebrates, and promotes the outstanding contributions of the industry community on a quarterly basis. The second edition of awards aim to recognize and shine a radiant spotlight on the visionary pioneers whose groundbreaking innovations are making a tangible difference in achieving sustainability, combating climate change, and fostering a brighter future for all, inspiring a commitment towards creating a more sustainable world.​ 

Award Categories :

• Sustainable Process Innovation-Celebrates companies for outstanding innovations in sustainable operational, manufacturing, or distribution processes, including efficiency improvements, green manufacturing, and sustainable logistics.
• Green Product Innovation​-Recognizes companies that develop innovative, environmentally-friendly products contributing to sustainability, encompassing green technology, eco-friendly consumer goods, and sustainable industrial products.
• Green Computing Innovation-Applauds companies for significant advancements in green software and computing, contributing to energy efficiency and overall sustainability​.
• Circular Economy Innovation​-Applauds companies fostering innovation in products or processes that support a circular economy, such as waste-to-resource solutions, product life-cycle innovations, and circular business models​.
• Carbon Reduction Innovation​-Recognizes companies for exceptional product or process innovations leading to significant carbon emission reductions, including carbon capture, low-carbon energy, and carbon-efficient manufacturing​.
• Climate Resilience Innovation-Honors companies creating breakthroughs in climate change adaptation and resilience, including climate-adaptive technologies, resilient infrastructure, and climate-smart agriculture​.

Ready to nominate your innovations? 

 

Please review the instructions provided below:

1. The nominating entity must be registered in India.
2. The innovation must be commercialised between July 1, 2022 and June 30, 2023.
3. The nominating entity must at least have primary ownership (full control and exclusive responsibility) on the concept to design/engineering phase of the development lifecycle.
4. Last spotlight award winning innovation cannot be nominated again.
5. Only applications nominated on behalf of the entity will be accepted and no individual applications will be entertained.
6. Each nominating entity can submit max 2 applications for each category and max 6 applications overall. Each nomination should be submitted as a separate application.
7. Applications for the innovation must be submitted online. No other form of submission will be accepted.
8. When submitting your application, please be aware that the information you provide may be used for public announcements. Therefore, refrain from including any confidential business or technical details.
9. Additionally, please ensure to attach your company logo and high-resolution pictures to the online form. These images will be utilized in public announcements on various platforms such as social media, reports, websites, and others.
10. Please submit your nominations before Aug 11, 2023.

To fill the  application form, users need to download the application by following these steps: 

1. Navigate to the "File" tab.
2. Click on "Download" to initiate the download process.
3. Once the application is downloaded, users can fill application form offline.
4. After filling the application form, users can upload the application form back online.

• Each nominating entity can submit max 2 applications for each category and max 6 applications overall. Each nomination should be submitted as a separate application.
• Only applications nominated on behalf of the entity will be accepted and no individual applications will be entertained.
• Participating entities should adhere to the prescribed format and guidelines specified in the nomination form.
• The completed application form should be uploaded in the field provided in this page.
• Please note that once submitted, changes or modifications cannot be made.
