The 'part-time' or 'rent free' personal training option is £0 for 25 hours usage per calendar month to train your own paying clients. Every hour used above this is billed at £5 per hour. In exchange for this, you must take on up to 20 hours per month of unpaid personal training sessions for the studio.

The 'full-time' personal training option is £350 for 100 personal training bookings and 20 studio bookings per calendar month to film/workout. Every hour above this is charged at £10 per hour. Should Luke supply a client, he will take 10-25% commission on the first bulk payment only. After that, they're all yours as usual.

A monthly business meeting is available to any full-time personal trainer and above. This will include 1-3 hours to sit down to improve any aspect of your individual business and likely be done away from the studio where possible (If it doesn't involve filming). For those who are 'part-time' at the studio, occasional catch ups are ok, but full business meetings are £50 per session. All formal meetings will be invoiced - whether that's at £0 or £50 - for accounting purposes.

Please note that for all client gym memberships, a one-off fee of £5 must be transferred to Luke for the door key, and the terms and conditions signed. The personal trainer takes full responsibility for their client being aware of studio procedures and TimeTree calendar bookings.

Coffees and waters MUST be paid for. They contribute to the petty cash flow and ensure that toilet paper, sprays, and wipes etc keep getting replenished. Coffees are £1 and waters are 50p.

Our clients MUST bring sweat towels to the studio as part of our phasing out tissue paper waste. Not just for financial reasons, but also environmental reasons.

Any scuffs or breakages MUST be reported immediately to ensure they are actioned as soon as possible.

The ongoing changes are to factor in the growing utility costs, the need for more equipment and repairs, and the overall growth of the studio - especially the outdoor food area. It's vital that as a premises we keep up with any competitors, whilst also providing the best value for money for personal trainers to earn as much money as possible - and for our clients to be the benefactors of that value.

The new automatic bean 2 cup coffee machine must be used properly, after receiving full training on it - and always paid for. £1 for a single shot, £2 for a double shot. Milk must be supplied yourself. Unpaid for coffees are considered as theft, please don't forget this.

Coffee machine payments must be transferred directly into the bank account used to pay the monthly rental invoice under the reference 'namecoffee' or 'namewater'.

Personal trainers will no longer be able to switch from full-time to part-time from 1st August 2024. You can still go from part-time (rent free) to full-time - however once you are a full-time personal trainer, the studio cannot facilitate the constant switching from this date in order to run a sustainable business model. As a part-time personal trainer you can still pay for additional hours at £10 per hour once you cross the 25 hour 'threshold'. All bookings must be paid for immediately upon your TimeTree booking.

Misuse or careless use of equipment / facilities may result in the cost to replace / fix the problem being passed over to you. However, mistakes happen, and this is taken into consideration with each individual circumstance.

Holidays etc are unfortunately not discounted from monthly rental rates. The full rental fee must still be paid typically the same as if it was 'house rent' for example. For extreme situations, we can obviously discuss individual circumstances.

Room capacity numbers are GUIDELINES for comfort. Providing communication is present, numbers can slightly exceed the advised room capacity. 1:1 Room is 2x people (non negotiable unless it's a 2:1 session). The Weights Room is 4 (max 5-6), and the Studio Floor is 6 (max 7-8). This all depends on who is doing exactly 'what' in each room.
