DOCK SAFETY RULES: All drivers please read & sign below*

1. Make sure trailer is clean& pre-cooled before loading.2. Slide rear axis all the way tothe back before backing into dock.3. Do not pull truck out from dock on red safety light.4. Do not operate truck restraintor dock plate.5. Inside cooler: stay in YELLOWsafety area by dock door.6. Drivers must stay out oftrailer once loading starts.7. Children are not allowed insidecooler dock areas.8. Pleasekeep children under supervision at all times9. On outside dock areas: Keep out of areas between dock & trailer.10. Drivers are responsible for your own load locks and for securing your load.
RIGHT TO KNOW: All truck drivers have the right to know how to evacuate in the event of an emergency. You will be notified on an emergency by authorized Pacific International Cooling personnel in person or with the sound of a load buzzer hom.
