    Guests are only required to fill out 1 guest registration form per family.
  • Important Information & Details

    Once you complete his form, you will receive an email from an AYC Staff Member (Amy Barcliff) with your temporary AYC Guest Member number, username and password, and a link to download the AYC App and/or the AYC Member Portal, where you will be required to complete the registration process by providing your valid payment information (Such as major Credit Cards/ACH). Once all pertinent information has been entered and verified, you will then have access to your digital AYC guest member card and with your digital guest card you will be able to utilize our facilities to include the Main Club, Activity Center, and the Sailing Center.

    Please remember that your guest membership card privileges maybe revoked or denied at anytime, without warning. Your Guest Membership Card will be valid only during the dates of the event (June 28th – July 4th) and your payment will be processed at the end of your visit to the information that we have on file for the total expenditures incurred during your visit. Remember your level of Decorum is very important to our brand and is a direct reflection of our Club’s reputation, so we kindly ask all guests to adhere to our AYC Club House rules.
