Event organizers, please use this form to request awarded reimbursement within 90-days after your event. The Village of Ruidoso will then reimburse organizations for the funds that were awarded.
THE FOLLOWING MUST BE SUBMITTED WITH THIS FORM:
• AN ITEMIZED LIST OF ELIGIBLE EXPENSES. • COPIES OF PAID RECEIPTS AND EVENT BUDGET. • COPIES OF ALL PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS AND ANY PRESS COVERAGE.
