Payment/Terms
• Credit Card - credit card payment required for first order on new accounts.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
• Net 30 Terms - available with approved credit after 60 days or 2 orders.
Shipping
FOB: Richardson, TX. Method: Orders will ship UPS ground, unless otherwise specified on purchase order. All shipping charges will be billed and added to the invoice. Ship to Address: Orders will be shipped to address on purchase order, unless otherwise specified.

If there is an issue with emailing the order, fax to 972-479-1406 or you can place order over the phone: 972-479-1405. If you have a territory rep, please send orders to your sales rep or CC them on the purchase order. **preferred method is by email.
Backorders
Items that are unavailable at time of order will be backordered and shipped at the customer’s expense. Please note on the PO if you would like to cancel backorders.
Retail Price Policy
Retro 1951 is committed to protecting the RETRO 51 brand image for our products. To insure that our image maintains a positive positioning in the marketplace, we have set forth the following guidelines concerning retail pricing:
• Retro51 current active items are allowed a discount up to 20% BUT NO MORE... not even a penny.
• Tornado Poppers are not allowed any discount until one year after purchase.
• Any discontinued items have no retail price constraints.
Warranty
A copy of our consumer warranty booklet is packaged with every product. Should warranty service be required, see the Service Request page for repairs in our warranty booklet or visit retro51.com/repairs.
