Throughout the lockdown and the past few years, I dedicated myself to learning as much about spirituality as possible.

 I have created a life that I absolutely love, moved to a new city and home that I love, created friendships that are incredible and supportive, and established strong boundaries and implemented them in my life.

 I reworked my relationship to rest, work and fun. I have transformed my relationship with myself completely and with the universe, Gaia and nature.

With clients I have helped them move through all different stages of life to get to a place  where they feel supported, empowered and fulfilled.

 Changing relationships with friends and loved ones, working towards life goals, opening up to love and finding supportive relationships, preparing to become a parent for the first time, changing their relationship with work and rest and more.
