Referral Programme Terms and Conditions

Introduction: These terms and conditions govern your participation in our affiliate referral programme. You agree to and accept these terms and conditions by participating in the programme.

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to participate in this programme.

Referral Link: Affiliates will receive a unique referral link & QR Code. The commission will be paid on purchases made by individuals who click on the referral link and make a purchase on our site.

Your Referral Link and QR code will be generated and emailed to you shortly (within 12 hours) after you have submitted this form.

Referral Fees: Fees will be calculated as a fixed 10% percentage of the total purchase price (excluding taxes) of each service purchased through your referral link. Fees are earnt for a customer's first visit or package booked at the point of referral only.

The specific rates for each service/treatment are as follows:

Scalp Micropigmentation for Men: approx £9.50-£25

Scalpology - Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) treatment: approx £15

Hair Growth Injections: approx £15

Micropigmentation for Women: Depending on procedure

Payment: Commissions will be paid on a monthly basis, each month, for the previous month’s referrals. Payments will be made via bank transfer, as per your submitted details.

Restrictions: Affiliates must not use the programme for illegal or unauthorised purposes. In addition, you must not violate any laws in your jurisdiction in the use of the service.

Termination: We reserve the right to end the programme or to change the terms at any time. If the terms are changed, affiliates will be notified by email.

Limitations of Liability: We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation any loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your participation in the programme.
