    Please be patient for I am currently handling new and returning clients when booking. Response time may take 24-72 hours, depending on buisness day/hours. Once I send you my availability I will only hold those slots open to you specifically for 48 hours before I open them back up for other clients. 

    Understand that when you come to me, my goal is for you to achieve the overall look you want, as well as maintaining the health and integrity of your hair. Therefore, it may take several sessions to achieve your hair goal, and it may take time due to what your hair allows me to accomplish in a single session. I will still continue to work with you every session to make sure you leave feeling your best self and the integrity of your hair is my first priority. The process of your services will also be explained in depth before the service.  


    Pricing notice: 

    All blonding services include toner with the price. There is also a price increase to all services starting March 1st 2024. All color services include a blowout. 

     

    During any color service, if we exceed the two bowl limit for color, additional bowls needed will be charged $10 each.  

    Booking: 

    In order to book another appointment a card must be put on file during your first appointment. There is a cancellation/no show fee. Understand that when you cancel last minute or no show your appointment, that leaves your stylist out of work that day, as well as doesn't allow other clients who could have taken that appointment too short of a notice to book. Please try to cancel or reschedule your appointment 48 hours prior to your date. If there is a day of cancellation you will be charged 50% of the services for that day. If you no show/no call there will be a 100% charge of the service.
