BANNER GUIDELINES

• Keep your banner simple so that pertinent information can be seen from a distance
• We recommend your company name and logo and URL. Phone number is optional
• Your banner will look best if everything in vector art that provides a high resolution digital image of your company logo.
• If vector art is not an option for you, we need a minimum resolution of 400 dpi in .pdf format
• Camera ready art is preferred.

Terms & Conditions of Corporate Sponsorships

• In return for advertising and recognition services associated with this Contract and provided during the duration of this agreement, the above referenced Company or “Sponsor” agrees to provide full monetary consideration identified with the sponsorship level selected to the Cactus Shadows High School, “CSHS” & Shadows Nation Athletic Club. The term of the Agreement shall expire on June 30th of the following year unless otherwise specified above.
• Sponsor agrees to hereby waive, release, and hold harmless CSHS, Cave Creek Unified School District, Faculty, Staff and Coaches; Shadows Nation; including its volunteers, agents, affiliates or sponsors from any liability, injury, or damages incurred at any time because of their contributing sponsorship to the Shadows Nation.
• During the term of this Sponsorship, the Shadows Nation agree to keep all promotional and advertising materials in proper condition and will be responsible for the upkeep, maintenance, and cost of replacing all signs, banners, and other relevant in proper condition if payment has been received in full.
• Shadows Nation is not responsible for loss of Sponsorship exposure due to vandalism, weather, or other circumstances beyond the control of the Shadows Nation. All promotional and advertising materials shall remain the possession of The Shadows Nation.
  Should payment not be received in full, all direct costs incurred by the Shadows Nation because of the implied Sponsorship shall be the responsibility of the Sponsor and shall become immediately due and payable.
  Should a Sponsor request new signage because of any logo, artwork, or advertising change within their company, the sponsor agrees to pay all costs incurred by the Shadows Nation. 
•  The Shadows Nation reserve the right, at any time, to remove all advertising or promotional materials because of nonpayment and further reserve the right as to the final approval of all promotional or advertising material or content.
  Payment is due upon receipt of this Contract unless otherwise specified and a written agreement received.
• The Shadows Nation are not responsible for lost or misplaced items sent through the United States Postal Service for the intended benefit of this Sponsorship. By virtue of the following signatures, the Sponsor and Shadows Nationagree to the considerations listed on this contract and admit to the proper authority to grant said considerations.
