Changes and/or cancellations must be received at least 14 days prior to arrival for rental reservations and 21 days prior to arrival of Timeshare reservations, otherwise, a one night's charge + $100 non-refundable booking fee, will be assessed for rental reservations or the member use week may be forfeited. We reserve the right to cancel any reservations without a guaranteed deposit and if necessary, to provide guests (for all or any part of the reservation length) with accommodations in alternate hotels in rooms of equal or superior quality to those reserved. All reservations may be subject to labor strikes, acts of nature, failure of existing guests to vacate as scheduled or other conditions beyond the control of the Resort.

Valet parking $35.00 per day plus tax (Rate subject to change). No pets allowed. A Security deposit of
$250.00 in cash or $100 on an accepted major credit card will be required upon check-in.
JetSet Travel Agency has prepaid the mandatory daily Resort Fee for your room, and the combination of Hawaii State Tax and Hawaii Transient Accomodation Tax is 14.962%. Room Rates, Fees, and Taxes are subject to change with or without notice. The Imperial Hawaii Resort is a Drug Free and Smoke Free Establishment with a zero tolerance policy. Please ensure you and your guests are aware of this policy as it relates to illegal drugs and that any violations could result in immediate eviction to include 100% forfeiture of remaining stay.
