- SLIDING SCALE: Tuition is a sliding scale between $12,100 - $13,100. Any additional money above $12,100 that a family gives will go to tuition support to families that have requested it and more robust programming. There is a space below for you to indicate if you are going to give more than $12,100 a year and if so how much. If you are giving an additional amount we will send you an email with your monthly check amount for Oct 1- May 1 that will be different than the amount listed below. Or you can pay the additional amount in 1 or 2 payments.

- 8 pre-dated HeartSong (1st and 2nd grade) (Oct 1 - May 1) checks for your remaining payments in the amount of $1210 a month
- $550 Materials Fee

Families paying by check or cash will receive ~3% off all payments made toward the Program.

Tuition Installment Plan Info:
- Tuition is made up of:
- Your 2 non-refundable deposit of $1210 each, one of which is due upon registration and the second is due by May 17, 2024 (these deposts are 2/10 of the total $12,100 tuition)
- 8 pre-dated FIRST GRADE (Oct 1 - May 1) checks for your remaining payments in the amount of $1210 a month due at your September Parent Conference
- $550 Materials Fee due at your September Parent Conference
- $100 New Family Fee if applicable due at your September Parent Conference
Late Fee
If you have circumstances that arise that make it hard for you to pay your monthly tuition on time we are happy to work with you. However, it is your responsibility to tell us what is happening and for us to come to an agreement on payment. If we do not hear from you and your payment is 5 days late or your check bounces you will be charged a $25 administrative fee.
Refund Policy
- If a family decides to withdraw after 60 days of the program start date:
- Sage Programs will keep Deposit #1 and #2 and any Monthly Installments paid for months already fully or partially attended.
- The family will be responsible for all remaining Monthly Installments through the program end date, unless we are able to fill the child's space in the program (which we will make effort to do)
- Sage Programs reserves the right to ask a family to withdraw from the program at any time, in which case:
- Sage Programs will keep your Deposit, Materials Fee and Installments paid for months already fully or partially attended.
- The family will not be responsible for future Monthly Installments after the date the child completes attendance.
