Option 1

New Student Enrollment Process

District Resident Students – Students enrolling that live within the Globe Unified School District boundaries:

 

1. If you live/move into our district, begin the enrollment process by utilizing the registration link found here: Tyler SIS Online Enrollment Registration. Fill out the entire enrollment/registration packet in order for your enrollment to be processed in a timely manner.

 

2. As part of the registration process, you will have the option to upload enrollment forms. However, if you prefer, you can visit the school office after completing the enrollment process and submit a physical copy of your enrollment information instead of uploading the forms. When you visit the office, please make sure to bring the following items with you:

 

• Certified copy of Birth Certificate
• Proof of Immunization Records
• Parent/Guardian State Issued ID (i.e.: AZ Driver’s License)
• Proof of District Residence (i.e.? Tax card, closing or rental papers or AZ Driver’s license with address, Utility bill)
• Withdrawal paperwork from previous school

Option 2

Open Enrollment Students

Open Enrollment Capacity Numbers  

Students enrolling that live outside the Globe Unified School District boundaries:

 

1. Apply for Open Enrollment. You may apply here Open Enrollment Application.

After you have been accepted through Open Enrollment please proceed to step 2.

 

2. Fill out a Registration packet. Registration packets are available here Tyler SIS Online Enrollment Registration. All school offices can provide additional information.

3. As part of the registration process, you will have the option to upload enrollment forms. However, if you prefer, you can visit the school office after completing the enrollment process and submit a physical copy of your enrollment information instead of uploading the forms. When you visit the office, please make sure to bring the following items with you:
