This allows me to get to know you and your hair goals so that we can ensure your initial appointment is booked properly. By completing this form, you are submitting an appointment request and price quote inquiry. In response, you will receive an email with a general price quote and information about how to book your appoinhtment. Your appointment in the salon will begin with a 20-30 minute full consultation to refine the plan for your service. Generally, new guests are able to be seen within 3-4 weeks after submitting their Digital Consulation form. However, guests with limited availability may have to wait longer to be seen.

By requesting an appointment, you are aware that I require a card on file for all guests. I also require a deposit of $150 for appointments that go over 4 hours and/or cost more than $400. Your deposit will secure your appointment time and be put towards your service total.

By submitting this form you understand that I have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy and if you do cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will be billed for the cancellation fee which is 35% of your service total.
