    *All Applications are Refundable. If applicant is not selected to move forward to the registration process for the 2024 Legacy Pageant, applications fees will be returned. *Applicants who attend the Open House, "Virtual or In-Person" application fees are WAIVED FOR THE 2024 COMPETITION CYCLE.

  • The Fine Print: Sypnosis of Total Costs associated with applying for the statewide Miss Juneteenth Legacy Pageant:

    • Application Fee: ($75.00) The application provides an opportunity for the Miss Juneteenth Virginia organization to review contestants' information, eligibility, interests, and motivation. This phase of the pageant system serves as an introduction to the statewide Juneteenth Legacy Pageant. 
      • Invoice for application fee are sent via separate correspondence.
      • If you attended a official orientation or by special invitation,your application is WAIVED and no invoice will be sent.
    • Registration Fee: ($300.) This applies to the applicants that are selected to move on to become a Virginia Semi-Finalist. Registration fees are paid via installments from supporting sponsors to remove the initial financial burden from the Parent(s) . More information can be found in the Orientation Guide and via our Free Open House seminars. -Registration Fees should be paid in full by January 15, 2024.

    *Special Note: Although not required on this application, a 1500-word essay and short BIO are required during the next step of your registration process, along with the Official Contestant's installment of her registration fee. Both of these requirements will be covered during the Pageant Orientation.
