Hardship Relief Application
REGISTRATIONS CLOSE SATURDAY 30TH NOVEMBER 2024

Please note that registrations will not be accepted after November 30th.

Please register your child and pay the full fees so that they do not miss out on an opportunity to join Carnival in 2025.

Then fill out and send through the fee relief application and if approved we will refund you the fee relief amount allocated to your child.

Please note: if you are able to pay your fees but require a payment plan to be able to do so, please contact accounts.vic@maccabi.com.au to discuss. You are not required to fill out this form.

Please note that it is a condition that whatever level of subsidy you are granted, the balance of amounts payable must be paid when due. Failure to do this will result in the subsidy being revoked.
