Please upload a Word .doc with all details listed below if possible.

• Be sure to add an image - the events display far better with an image. (1 gb image size limit)
• Be sure to add the dates and times
• Add the detailed location information. A specific address so we can link a map.
• Add a URL to the event website or Facebook page.
• Add event contact information including an address for us to provide a map link and a contact phone number
• Add "what is happening" at the event. Be detailed as some come from out of town and want to know.
• Include a schedule of days, times, and locations, of specific event features if applicable
• Be sure to let us know if the event is recurring or one time only.
• Add any other details you wish to display.

Also - if you have a video of scenic hike, a fishing trip on the lakes, or any interesting video capturing the beauty and or fun of the Arizona White Mountains, then, upload it to YouTube and share the link, or contact us and we will upload it to our YouTube channel.  (Add the link below in the assigned field)

Events sponsored by local or regional businesses, and not specific to an advertising effort, that have community value will be reviewed and accepted when possible.
