Model Call for Family Photo & Video Session

PLEASE READ: The goal of this session is to experiment with family video mixed into a photo session. I hope to make this an add-on for future family sessions. I am needing to find the best workflow for mingling video with photo, how to be efficient, practice editing, etc. The session will take place in Warsaw, Hamilton or Nauvoo (or within that area). Participants will receive 30 digital images and a 2-3 minute video for your time.

Names & ages of participants:
This session will probably last approximately 2 hours. It will be more like an experience, ideally like a mini day in the life where I capture the things you and your family love to do. This can be things you love to do around the house and on your property, going to the park, getting ice cream, whatever it is you all love to do together. Do you think all participants will be okay with this length of time?
Do any participants have any physical limitations or strong aversions?
Are you comfortable with photos and videos from your session being used for marketing purposes on my website and social media platforms?
What days of the week are best for your family? We will be shooting for morning or an evening time.
Does your family have coordinating outfits? Large logos and screenprinted/graphic tees will not be allowed for this session. And think *coordinate* not *match*. Avoid thin stripes and neon/moisture wicking materials.

Filling out this form does not guarantee a session. If I get a large response with answers that align with my vision, I will make it a random drawing. I will contact you via email whether you have been selected. If you have been selected, an additional questionnaire and model release form will be sent.
