For your application to be successful, you must have current Public Liability Insurance. Please upload your certificate of currency here. If your PLI expires before the event, you must send us in your renewal once you have it. We recommend Duck for Cover, who are able to issue policies for as little as the duration of the event.

Dashville endeavour to capture all live performances at the festival. Despite it not being a guaranteed provision, do you consent to the capture of your performance and the use of any such captured audio and/or visuals by the festival for the specific purpose of festival promotion? (Dashville will generally double check artist approval, prior to any use).
