VolCon Committee - Nomination Form
VolCon is currently hosted by Bhumi and iVolunteer, with support from well-wishers like IWT. A small team from these organisations are involved in designing the agenda, planning the logistics and flow, initiating sponsorship conversations, marketing/outreach, communication for participant registration and all other aspects of organising the conference. To broaden the ‘ownership’ of Volcon, we invite setting up six committees that will take up significant responsibilities related to various aspect of the conference.

The Six committees are
- Corporate - To maximise participation and learning of corporate participants.
- NGO - To maximise participation and learning of NGO participants.
- Program - To ensure that every participant has a great conference experience.
- Marketing - Enable Marketing and communication for the Conference.
- Finance - Manage budget, spending and fundraising for the event
- Continuous learning - To maximise learning by participants pre and post-conference.
We hope that through these committees, the design and conduct of VolCon can be made more inclusive, participative and representative of the diversity of the volunteering sector in India.

Program - To ensure that every participant has a great conference experience
- Determining the overall plan for the conference
- This will include joint sessions, entertainment, stalls, side events and satellite events.
- Maximise participation and experience of conference attendees
- Also responsible for all pre and post-event communication, surveys
- Volunteering activities as one of the agenda items. This team will also focus on engaging participants off the agenda. Interacting games/spaces in the venue, adding some elements in Welcome Kit, Polls and surveys post registration. Pre-event WA engagement. 7-9 members are required, including firekeepers
