I confirm that I am a European citizen, or have worked in Europe for five consecutive years, or have another strong connection to European cinema (which I will explain in the 'Motivation' field below). For the purposes of European Film Academy membership, 'European' refers to geographical Europe, including both EU and non-EU countries, as well as Israel and Palestine.
Annual Membership Fee*

I understand that upon acceptance of my application and subsequent registration, an annual membership fee of €250 will be payable (reduced to €100 for members under 36 years of age) to support the work of the European Film Academy. The fee is NOT due at the application stage.

Membership invitations are issued primarily in March of each year. The number of invitations is limited, which means that not every applicant can receive an invitation. Only applications that meet our criteria can be considered, and we strive for a balance of diverse perspectives when selecting new members to invite.
