Micah's Place welcomes people with diverse backgrounds and skills to enrich our programs. Our vision is a community without domestic violence so that home is a safe place. We do that by involving our community-you-in our volunteer program. All skill levels are appreciated and all volunteers are considered champions for social change by providing community education.

Our primary need for volunteers is at our Purple Dove Resale Centers. With a small staff, the store relies on it's wonderful volunteers to lend a helping hand! Survivors are able to ship for free for what they need, whether that be clothing or furnishing for their new home. Purple Dove acts as Micah's Place's largest fundraiser as it's revenue supports our programs!

We are unable to accept those seeking community service hours to satisfy a court order.

We are also not accepting volunteers in the Emergency Shelter or Outreach Program.

Volunteer hours are available 9am-5pm Tues.-Fri. & 9am-2pm on Saturdays :)
