Your appointment is confirmed when you receive a confirmation with the date and time of your visit.

We will begin with a 15 minute full consultation to refine the plan for service

Generally, new clients are able to be seen within 2-3 weeks of appointment submission request, but guests with limited availability may have to wait longer.

Appointments that are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice (72 hours Nov-Dec) will incur a fee and may not be allowed to book future appointments.
