School Age Care Registration

Hello Lancaster Rec Parents!

Some information you need to know before you complete the School Age Registration Forms for your child.

Fulton and King are waitlist only registration as we assess needs for potential programs.

Some Programs are waitlisted but open, we encourage you to submit registration forms as we do have families that drop care throughout the year.

We have switched to EFT payments only. We will ask for credit card or bank account infomation at the end. That is so we can bill you for Care. YOU WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED THE WEDNESDAY PRIOR TO THE SCHEDULED WEEK OF CARE.

Things you are required to upload before submission:

- Copy of most recent school physical or child health assessment (must be signed by doctor)

- Copy of child's immunization record

Rates have changed for the 2023-2024 School Year. New Rates are below

ALL families (including ELRC) will be charged their weekly/daily/co-pay rate at time of registration for the first week of program.

Additionally, completion of these forms DOES NOT guarantee your child a spot for care. Enrollment is confirmed once you recieve payment confirmation from the Lancaster Rec Admin Team.
