Deposits are refunded within 30 days after your event, given all contratual commitments are met. Special events may require an increased deposit to cover incidentals.
*Facility Manager is responsible for cleaning up after the event. Excludes kitchen, damages, and repairs.

Review and select your event floor plan. For a blank floor plan to draw yourself, you can draw the layout in this form, or email DOCFrentals@gmail.com to request a blank layout. Hand drawn layouts must be returned to the DOCFrentals@gmail.com at least 3 business days before the event.

I certify that my answers are true and complete to the best of my knowledge. I understand that false or misleading information in my application or infraction(s) of contract may result in loss of deposit. I understand that this application is subject to approval for rental reservation. Once date is approved by DOCF and the security deposit has been paid to and receipted by DOCF, the rental reservation is considered final and the below cancellation policy will apply. Once the rental reservaton is finalized, the rental date and time cannot be changed unless submitted in writing to DOCFrentals@gmail.com AND approved by DOCF. Rental date and time changes are not guaranteed as they are subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellations by the Lessee must be in writing/email (not text). The Lessee agrees that should they cancel this agreement altogether, liquidated damage fees, in addition to the forfeiture of the security deposit, shall be paid to the Lessor by the Lessee. The following schedule represents a reasonable effort on behalf of Lessor to establish its actual damages for such cancellation:
- If the cancellation occurs in writing more than 60 calendar days before the rental date, the Renter shall be entitled to a full refund of any monies paid, including deposit, minus a 10% administrative fee (calculated based on and deducted from the security deposit amount)
- If the cancellation occurs in writing 30-59 calendar days before the rental date, the Renter shall be entitled to a 50% refund of security deposit and will be entitled to a full refund of any rental rates paid
- If the cancellation occurs in writing 15-29 calendar days before the rental date, the Renter forfeits their security deposit and will be entitled to a 50% refund of any rental rates paid
- If the cancellation occurs in writing less than 15 calendar days before the rental date, the Renter is not entitled to a refund.
