    I hereby accept full responsibility for the accuracy and authenticity of the information supplied in all sections of the submission form. I authorize the Aarogya Film Festival to reproduce the company/filmmaker contact information in its publications exactly as provided.

    I further acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

    • The Festival reserves the right to excerpt programmed works up to three (3) minutes for television, digital, and other promotional purposes, unless specified otherwise in writing.
    • Incomplete forms and submissions shall be rejected without consideration.
    • The filmmakers and/or their representatives undertake to use the official logo and the status of Selection or Award strictly in conformity with the official designs of the 15th Aarogya Film Festival. Such usage in promotions, posters, and marketing publications shall be done only with the prior consent of the Festival.
    • The Aarogya Film Festival reserves the perpetual rights for screening and telecast of the submitted film anywhere, strictly for social awareness and non-commercial purposes.
    • The Festival also reserves the right to screen selected films at other Aarogya Film Festivals conducted in different cities, organized independently or in association with the P. M. Shah Foundation, strictly for social awareness and non-commercial purposes.
    • I/We assure that in case of any dispute regarding copyrights, ownership, or related rights of the film, the entire responsibility shall rest solely with me/us. Aarogya Film Festival shall not be involved in any litigation, nor shall it be held responsible in any manner. The Festival reserves the right to cancel the selection, award, or merits of the film in case of such disputes.
    • All entries shall be subject to preview and selection by a committee constituted by the Festival Director. All rights to present and schedule the film shall remain reserved with the Festival Director.

  • Consent for Screening

  • I hereby voluntarily consent to the Aarogya Film Festival and P M Shah Foundation about screening my submitted film at  Aarogya Film Festival, Pune and Orange City Arogya Film Festival at Nagpur.  I also give consent  to P. M. Shah Foundation and the Aarogya Film Festival for my film to be screened in the future in Aarogya Film Festivals organised other cities, whether organized independently or in association with the P. M. Shah Foundation, strictly for social awareness and non-commercial purposes. I have no objections to this.

  • Submission Guidelines

  • 1. Applicants are requested to carefully follow all instructions and submit the entry only after thorough scrutiny of the details provided. In case you are unable to submit the form online via http://aarogyafilmfestival.in/, please download the entry form and email the completed form to arogyafilm@gmail.com, along with:
    – Passport-size photograph of the Director
    – Film poster
    – Still photographs from the film
    – Google Drive / WeTransfer link of the film (to be attached in the same email)

    2. For programming consideration, the Festival accepts films without any watermark. Trailers, teasers, or promotional videos will not be considered for selection.

    3. Films will normally be screened in their original language/version. Films in any language must be submitted with English subtitles. Films received without subtitles, or with subtitles in languages other than English where English subtitles are required, will not be accepted or screened at the Festival.

    4. Filmmakers are advised to test their films on multiple makes and models of players, as well as different audio settings, before submission to ensure technical compatibility.

    5. The primary focus of the films must be on various aspects of specific health issues. Films addressing themes such as health awareness, health rights, health-related laws, treatments, cures, innovations, and allied subjects are also eligible for participation.
