• Leadership Estero Application 2023-2024

    Overview: The Greater Estero Chamber's leadership program seeks to introduce a broad range of Southwest Florida participants to the Estero community, its unique history, and the key issues impacting the area. Through behind-the-scenes tours and workshops with community partners and leaders, participants will develop lasting relationships, bolster their leadership skills, and work collaboratively on a community project for the greater Estero region.

    June 7- Graduation at Chamber Annual Awards Celebration

    • Programs are all-day sessions, unless otherwise noted. 
  • Attendance

  • Attending program sessions is essential to achieve the program's full value. Those who cannot fully participate in a minimum of five sessions and the full kickoff should not apply for the program. The participant's employer will be required to sign an agreement to their full support for the employee's time required to participate in the Estero Leadership program.
