Pound Pitties Rescue Adoption Application

Pound Pitties Rescue is an all-volunteer, animal welfare organization dedicated to the rescue and placement of stray, neglected and abused animals. Pound Pitties Rescue is completely funded through fundraising efforts and public donations. All of our pets are cared for by foster homes and receive complete medical care, which includes wellness exam, deworming, vaccinations, spaying/neutering and microchipping.
Please submit application with a copy of your photo ID. Incomplete applications will be denied. If the city you live in has breed bans, we cannot allow you to adopt a banned breed!!
