Please use the tool below to book your Check-In appointment for Staff Housing.
Your check-in appointment should be scheduled for your anticipated arrival at the resort. You may move into Staff Housing no more than 72-hours prior to your work start date (unless you are arriving with a partner with an earlier start date). Check-in appointments must be made at least 48-hours in advance so that the Staff Housing Team may provide adequate notice of your arrival to any future roommate or housemate(s).
Failure to book a check-in appointment will result in you having to arrange your own private accommodation (hotel or similar) for 48 hours. We are unable to assist with the cost of this, so please plan accordingly.
We recommend using Google Maps instead of Apple Maps when trying to locate us, as Apple Maps tends to bring people up un-serviced logging roads.
IF YOU ARE APART OF THE SNOW MINDS OR WINTER SPORTS INTERN GROUPS- YOU MOST LIKELY DO NOT NEED TO MAKE A CHECK-IN APPOINTMENT! If you will be arriving with the rest of your group, a group check-in appointment is already set up for you. If you are arriving late/ solo, then please continue to the booking tool below.
