We advise you to provide as much information as you can. We also release monthly availability, so please ensure the date you have required for collection is labelled “available” on our Instagram highlights. However, You can also drop us a direct message on Instagram if we have “limited availability” available for the date you have requested. Thank you!

We do require 1 week notice when placing your cupcake orders. However, We do take last minute orders up to 72hours notice. This can depend on our “availability” shown in our highlights, but feel free to direct message us on Instagram for more information. Please be aware that if your order is placed out of our 1 week notice period, a £15 late fee will be applied

Please note: all orders require a 50% non refundable deposit to secure your booking. This will need to be paid 24 hours after we send you an invoice. The remaining balance of your order must be paid 48 hours prior to your collection date. However, if you have placed a “last minute” order, your balance must be paid in full. PLEASE NOTE* your order is not booked in and secured until the payment has been made, we sadly cannot hold any slots and save any dates without a deposit. Thank you, Icedoutbakez :)
