About The Bennett Center

The Bennett Center is a nonprofit organization dedicated to lifting entire families out of poverty. Our mission is to close the poverty gap in urban areas, and we believe the most effective way to achieve this is through youth entrepreneurship. Through our program, we have observed that helping families establish viable businesses early on can positively impact generational wealth.

About The Program

Vision to Impact is a 12-week foundational track designed for youth who are ready to explore entrepreneurship, whether they already have a business idea or are starting from scratch. Participants will learn the essentials of entrepreneurship through engaging lessons, hands-on activities, and mentorship. Participants will leave with a ready-to-launch business or a fully developed plan to bring their vision to life.

Program Cost and Financial Assistance

Our program, originally valued at $4,000, has been significantly subsidized through grants, reducing the cost to $1,200 per participant. This financial assistance makes the program more accessible, allowing a greater number of young individuals to benefit from the valuable entrepreneurial training and support offered. Additionally, we have various options to assist with paying for the program, which can be explored once you have submitted your application, ensuring that financial barriers do not hinder a youths participation.
