2023 FOOD CONCESSIONAIRE APPLICATION
Applications will be accepted until all spaces are filled. Once you have submitted an application we ask that you be patient. Our only correspondence with you will be if you are awarded a license agreement. A Vendor Manual will be available outlining policies, rules, regulations, expectations, etc. for all vendors. Contact pascale@greatergulfstatefair.com for assistance. Email is ALWAYS the fastest & most efficient way to communicate due to the high volume of requests and phone calls the fair office receives.
IMPORTANT INFO FOR APPLICANTS
Before you apply, please note: This application is for consideration only and is not a license agreement. Previous participation in the Greater Gulf State Fair does not guarantee selection or a license agreement for the 2023 Greater Gulf State Fair. All vendors/concessionaires must have a signed 2023 license agreement and meet all the requirements in order to operate a concession or exhibit. All decisions in the selection of exhibitors shall be at the sole and absolute discretion of the Greater Gulf State Fair. GGSF seeks to contract with businesses that display unique products and services; however, all applications will receive consideration.

SPACE & POWER REQUIREMENTS
Footage must include all awnings, tents & stakes, support poles, tie-ons, storage areas, trailer hitches, etc. If you have more than one booth/trailer, please fill out a separate application for each. PRICING: For vendors selling from a single side, pricing is set at $90 per front footage (minimum of 20ft + 20% accumulated net daily sales applicable after rent is met). If you wish to have a covered seating area for your customers, please specify below.

PHOTOS & OPERATIONAL STANDARDS
PHOTOS of your concession trailer as it is operated are REQUIRED with this application. Trailers must be skirted on all sides including the hitch. Storage areas, boxes, and trash must be completely closed and/or out of sight (use screens/fencing to hide BOH from patron view and prevent patrons from walking between you and your neighbors concession). Your vendor space must look professional and clean at all times. Landscaping is highly encouraged. No hand-written signs will be permitted. Tents/seating areas MUST be approved in advance by fair management.
